Getting right to the point...

If you have a huge lineup of icons next to your system clock, it's time to do some cleanup. Those programs are loaded into memory on startup making it take longer and they are consuming your system's resources while you are using your computer. Preventing these programs from loading on startup is not too hard, but not very intuitive either. This should only take a few minutes.
