Walmart.com has some great specials for the Thanksgiving week only (exp. 11/25):

Rave-MP 256 MB Sport Digital Audio Player for only $50, but shipping is around $7. Features 256MB of storage, has an expansion slot to add up to 1GB of memory, USB 2.0 transfer, 16 hour battery life, belt-clip and armband, and plays MP3 and WMA. Great price for these features.

Creative NOMAD Jukebox Zen Xtra 30 GB MP3 Player for only $175. Features 30GB of storage to hold 7500 MP3s or 15000 WMAs, USB 2.0 transfer, MP3 and WMA playback, 14 hour battery, and travel pouch. The next best price I could find was $206.
