The $10 rebate makes this drive $10 less than any other 512MB USB drive on the web according to DealRAM. My wife has the 256MB version of this. It works great and is very tiny. Write speeds aren't the greatest for being USB 2.0, but read speeds are very fast. The end of it glows a cool blue color when plugged in to the USB port. Also comes with software on it that allows you to set a password.
