Laser printers are very economical. They cost at least half as much per page when compared to inkjets, and at this price your upfront cost is about the same as an inkjet. If you (or your kids) print a lot and you're tired of spending the money on ink, it's time to use a laser for all of your black and white printing, and the inkjet for everything else.
